one of those days where interest seemed to present itself in more than a few places -  a boat for sale next parked in front of a building for lease;  the last item for sale at a garden center at the end of the season; a boat with a pile of wood. the boat (like many) are in driveways for the winter. the wood was actually the remains of three trees – casualty’s of the recent hurricane.

not much to say here -just other interesting little odds & ends that caught my eye.

i had seen this guy carrying around a playboy bunny stuffed animal. then i spotted him on the second floor of a maze. while i tried to photograph it, those didn’t have exactly what i was looking for. i mean it was just odd looking. adult man, in a maze toting a playboy bunny. then i saw him getting ready to exit by way of a slide. and i found a spot and waited. what i didn’t plan for happened next: a passing off of the bunny. it was too bizarre within the context of all that was going on around it. so…without further delay i give you the man in a maze getting ready to slide with playboy bunny stuffed animal. HA!

rides & games. a big part of the fair; what interested me – the rides that looked that they rode on each other. seriously. it was almost surreal to see one floating into the space of another or flying in the background. so these were taken with that in mind – show motion/movement and the relationships between them. the games? those were just fun.

an interesting statement….a unique bit of art and a really nice person who just recently moved back to salem. one for a few of my cycling friends who may well share the sentiment!
